EMDREye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a unique, evidence-based approach to helping people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)A transformation-based, healing-oriented therapy model developed by Dr. Diana Fosha, author of The Transforming Power of Affect. Rooted in disciplines such as attachment theory, affective neuroscience, body-focused approaches, and transformational studies, AEDP works with trauma, loss, and the painful limitations of human relatedness, often uncovering previously hidden strengths in the process. In doing so, AEDP fosters the emergence of new, healing experiences through the in-depth processing of difficult emotional and relational experiences, with a focus on establishing a secure therapeutic relationship from the very first session. Through this approach, crisis and suffering are seen as opportunities to awaken extraordinary capacities that may otherwise remain dormant.

Psychomotor Therapy (PBSP)An experiential mind-body therapy that helps individuals identify and symbolically meet emotional needs from childhood in a safe and respectful way. The human psyche responds powerfully and immediately to the effect of the therapeutic session or “structure,” in which you create a healing symbolic memory with the assistance of the therapist and/or the group. This approach can be effective in both group and individual sessions. According to trauma expert Bessel van der Kolk, PBSP is one of the most powerful therapies for the healing of trauma.
